Apostle Paul was telling the Ephesians that we should walk in a manner worthy of the calling,walking in a good path,walking in the light. To walk in a manner worthy of your calling is being accompanied by Humility and gentleness, patience,bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the spirit in the bond of peace.
 In 1 Peter 2:1 Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and ll evil speakings,..
Every Christian must abstain him or herself from the passion of the flesh, For the enemy of spirit is tricky . As a Child of God, you must make sure that the spirit of God overcomes the flesh.The spirit overcomes the flesh by constant exercising on the word of God ,fasting and praying and meditating on the word of God.When you pray in other tongues,the bible says you embolden yourself. In other words,you charge up your spirit to overcome the flesh. When it happens like that,the recreated human spirit takes over.The spirit then  begins to tell what the body should do by the power the Holy Ghost.

PREACH THE WORD “So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the Gospel to you that are at Rome”. Romans 1:15 J esus left us a message to tell the untold, a message for the whole world, if we talk about the “WORD OF GOD”, what does it mean? “The Word of God is all about God and his Heavenly” which brings us “Salvation”. And Salvation comes when one accept Jesus Christ as his/her Lord and Personal Savior , which also means the process of been saved from the World, the state of been saved from hell, been restored and made new or translated into his Heavenly Kingdom. FAITH AND THE WORD PS EBEN Now faith is the substance of the things hoped for,the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1 You need to meditate on the word of God. The more you meditate on the Word, the more your heart acts upon the Word. When the Word of God dominates your heart, it influences your character and conduct. When faith comes, it influences your conduct and character-it is no longer about what you want to do but about what God want you to do. When your conduct and character are influenced by God that is salvation. When you are saved , you no longer think the way you want to think but the way God want you to think. Allow the word to dominate your hart and all other things that you need will begin to come. Matthew 6:33 says, “But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things will be added to you.”
