SIN AND THE CONSCIOUSNESS OF SIN

Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. 1 John 3:9(KJV)

It is true that when you are born again you cannot sin? The answer is YES. The bible says ….For whatsoever is not of faith is sin.(Romans 14:23 KJV).
The faith here is the faith that worketh by love in the book of Galatians 5:6 that is the faith God is saying here.
Faith by love is God
Faith that worketh by love is imparted by the word of God.
Faith which worketh by love cannot be selfish or cannot fear any darkness.
Sin do not separate man from God because the problem of sin has been dealt with on cross in Christ Jesus. The bible says our sins were nailed on the cross with him-(Romans 5:8-11 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. And not only [so], but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement).
Jesus delivered us from sin when He went on the cross to be the final sacrifice for our sins. God’s will was for us to be made holy by the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ, once for all time. God has said, “I will never again remember their sins and lawless deeds.”  When sin has been forgiven, there’s no need to offer any more sacrifices
Sin stops you from acting your faith on Gods word, the consciousness of sin is what stops you from acting your faith. It destroys your faith, Hebrews 11:6…. Without faith it is impossible…..When you are born, you are born with faith that comes from the Gospel you received, every Christian have faith. Romans 12:3…. God has dealt to every man the measure of faith. So everyone who is born again have faith in the spirit.
It is the consciousness of sin that makes you sin. Sin consciousness of sin is more terrible that sin itself because the consciousness of sin will take a man to hell.
Righteousness has it consciousness and the Righteousness consciousness will take you to heaven, and you will walk in righteousness.
You can be righteous and sin consciousness will let you walk in sin. There are people who will forever be sin consciousness.
In the old testament nobody knew what sin is until God brought the law because according to the bible ….sin is not imputed when the is no law-Romans 5:13, because where the is no law the is no sin- Romans 4:15 For the Law results in [divine] wrath, but where there is no law there is no transgression [of it either]. AMP
Paul said I did not know sin until the was law. So sin was not define by man, it was define by God, so man cannot define sin is only God who can tell you what sin is so let no man define to you what is sin.
Focusing on Jesus and what He did instead of on sin and what we do changes our entire outlook. Most people have been taught to think according to the Law of Moses, which was given to disclose to men their guilt and make them more aware of the sinfulness of sin. However, it was only intended to be in effect until Christ came; now that He has come, He has replaced the law with grace. The law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
Paul said in Ephesians 2:15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, [even] the law of commandments [contained] in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, [so] making peace;
If we’ve been born again, we’ve been freed from living by the law. We’re no longer sinners according to the law, but saints who have been made righteous by faith in Jesus. Sin doesn’t have dominion over us, because we’re not under the law, but under grace. Sin isn’t imputed when there is no law.
There’s no need to be in bondage to the stress and self-condemnation sin-awareness causes. Being aware of what Christ has done for us breaks those emotional chains. If the Son therefore makes us free, we’re free indeed.

Prayer:
Lord, you gave us an alternative to focusing on sin by giving us Your Son to focus on instead. Thinking about the sacrifice He made to permanently take away our sins frees us from the negative emotions that sin-consciousness causes. Thank You for what you did. In Jesus’ name, amen.
